As per guidelines and order of Director General of Police, Crime and Criminal Tracking and System is implemented in Satara District. In which all police stations have been update FIR related data base online. We have trained 95% police persons in Role Based Training. And System integrator wipro have been appointed their team for technical support at police station level. Satara is an flagged district for compliance of work regarding CCTNS Project. Addl.D. G; C.I.D; PUNE rewarded Satara Police for the same.

CCTNS project gone live in all police stations, 7 SDPO offices , S.P. Office, Addl S.P. Office and Control Room in Satara Distirct. All infromation regarding FIR, Missing persons, Uidentified Deadbodies, Arrested accused and Absconders etc. entererd online in CCTNS at repective police stations.

CCTNS project is centralised project of Cetntral Government. Data entered in the CCTNS is helpful to investigate cases across the India.
